"The beef industry has contributed to more American deaths than all the wars of this century, all natural disasters, and all automobile accidents combined. If beef is your idea of ‘real food for real people,’ you'd better live real close to a real good hospital."

- Neal D. Barnard, M.D., President Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine

"Deanna Latson is one of the most effective and entertaining spokespersons on the subjects of health and nutrition I have ever had the opportunity to enjoy. She is changing lives."

Eat Right. Feel Good. Look Great

Nobody has more impact upon audiences in her speaking about health and nutrition than Deanna Latson. Deanna has excitedly been addressing large groups since she was 13 years old. She spent many years in the community service arena speaking to audiences as large as 1,000 before she even graduated high school. Deanna continued on to earn university degrees in advance public speaking and communications.

During college, both Deanna’s parents became ill with life threatening diseases, which was her impetus to change her educational focus towards nutrition. Deanna herself suffered with an 11-year eating disorder and numerous other health problems that had plagued her for many years. It was after her parents had an amazing turn around in their health, and when Deanna herself healed her own body, that she decided to put her two loves together and start speaking about health and wellness.

Deanna has since earned her Clinically Certified Nutritionist's degree (CCN), a Masters Degree in Health Communication, and is currently finishing her Naturopathic Doctor Degree (ND)

In 1997 Deanna left her five-year teaching position at San Francisco State University to begin entertaining audiences with her dynamic and clever approach to health and wellness education.

Deanna has spoken to more than 100,000 people in every age range, all over the world. She has spoken to over 300 colleges and universities including, Stanford and NYU, and has been invited back to speak by large corporations such as AT&T and Visa.

Meeting planners rely on her consistent ability to garner positive feedback from clients such as: " Deanna is the most beneficial and inspiring speaker we have ever brought in to speak" and she has been nominated speaker of the year many years in a row by activities programmers in the largest college conferences in the U.S.

Deanna has extensive experience working with all types of audiences from Athletes to C.E.O’s on the topic of health and wellness and has authored numerous articles and been a contributing writer of several books on nutrition. Deanna is a member of the Wellness Council of America and is dedicated to helping students, employees and community members take control of their own health. Deanna's approach to speaking is dynamic, emotional and humorous. Deanna does not tout diets, she teaches audiences about permanent lifestyle changes that will improve their health and well being.

Deanna currently lives in San Diego with her husband and daughter and is the Co-Founder of the Good Thinking Company, a provider of success-oriented services, products and experiences.
