Cashew Cream Cheese

Cashew Cream Cheese
1 c Cashews, soaked
1 c Filtered or distilled water
2 T Herbs of choice
2 T Dill, fresh

Soak cashews in water overnight. Pour half of the water into blender and slowly add cashews. Season with herbs. Chill for a few hours to thicken.

Serves; 5-8
